Order and shipping information

Orders can be placed via the webshop. Have you found the product that matches your wishes? Then add the item to your shopping cart and go through the ordering process. We ask for some basic information and you can choose to create an account with us or order without an account.

During the ordering process there are several payment and shipping options that you can choose from. The carriers we work with are PostNL and UPS, we also offer the option to have your package delivered to a PostNL Service point. There you can pick up the package when it suits you (NL only). After sending your order you will receive an email from us with a link with track-trace to follow the package.

Ordered from our stock on working days before 18:00 and without installation service, delivered the next day with PostNL. Ordered on working days before 17:30 from our stock and with installation service, next day delivery with PostNL also. Would you rather ship it with UPS? Then we would like to receive your order before 17:00 on the same day to be sent.

Orders from € 100 within VAT we charge € 3.95 shipping costs for NL and for orders under € 100 the shipping costs are € 5.95. You can also see the costs for sending your order during the ordering process.

PostNL Servicepunt (NL only) - Select a collection point near you to be able to pick up the package the next day.
PostNL Parcel Service- PostNL offers the parcel to the desired delivery address (Mon- sat), if you are not at home, the package will be offered the next day at a collection point. PostNL will keep you informed via the track & trace by mail.
UPS Parcel Service - UPS offers the package to the desired delivery address (Monday to Friday), if you are not at home, you will receive an email from UPS to schedule a follow-up appointment.

Most of the licenses we offer are physical products (article with a code on it), these can be sent via regular carriers or sent by mail if this is specifically indicated with the article (eg: email license).

PIN (only possible for pick-up orders)
Bank transferr (bank to bank transfer)
Bancontact (suitable for Belgian customers)
Credit card (payment via credit card, for business customers we charge a 1% surcharge)
PayPal (payment via a PayPal account, for business customers we charge a 1% surcharge)
Apple Pay (payment via an Apple Pay account)

Pick-up desk

Would you rather pick up an order from us? Order via the webshop and choose the option 'pick up' during the ordering process. After receiving your order, we will immediately start working on it and you will receive a message as soon as your order can be picked up. Our pick-up counter is open Monday to Friday from 09:30 until 17:30.
