The Thecus W5000+ is an easy to use five-bay NAS solution, ideal for small to medium sized businesses to protect their data and optimize their productivity. The NAS is powered by an Intel Atom dual-core processor, 4GB DDR3 RAM, and dual LAN ports, and is equipped with an eSATA, one USB 3.0 and four USB 2.0 ports for storage expansion or sharing devices. HDMI and a VGA port are incorporated for use with an external monitor.

To ensure the best performance possible, each WSS 2012 R2 Essentials copy is pre-installed on an embedded solid state drive. These boot drives are independent from the drive bays and allow for seamless setup and integration.
