The LaCie Porsche Design is a desktop storage solution with a capacity of 8 TB. The LaCie Porsche Design has one USB 3.1 port. The LaCie Porsche Design Desktop Drive combines LaCie's innovative technology with the Porsche Design style. The housing is entirely made of aluminum, and therefore lightweight, but also robust and sturdy. The combination of rounded corners, high-gloss bevelled edges and a sandblasted finish is the distinctive contemporary style of Porsche Design.
With the USB 3.1 port, the LaCie Porsche Design Desktop Drive even charges the battery of a laptop with USB-C. With one USB-C cable, a laptop can be powered and the drive can be used at the same time. The LaCie can be used with Mac OS® X 10.5 or higher / Windows® 7 or higher.
