The APC Smart-UPS Line Interactive 1500VA Rackmount 2U is a powerful and reliable UPS designed for IT professionals and network administrators who need to ensure business continuity. It protects servers, storage devices, network components, VoIP phones and retail POS systems from power outages, surges and voltage fluctuations.

With 1500VA/1000W capacity, this system delivers pure sine wave output power, essential for sensitive electronics and business-critical applications. Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) instantly corrects voltage fluctuations without discharging the battery, extending its lifespan and increasing operational efficiency.

The UPS includes a SmartConnect Ethernet port for cloud-based monitoring, firmware updates, proactive alerts and remote diagnostics. It also features a SmartSlot for an optional Network Management Card, enabling graceful shutdown of physical servers, virtual machines and HCI clusters via PowerChute Network Shutdown. Integration with EcoStruxure IT or third-party management platforms is fully supported.

The multifunction LCD panel provides real-time insights on load, battery status, runtime and voltage. With 4x IEC C13 outlets and 2x IEC jumper cables, multiple devices can be safely powered, while the IEC 320 C14 input ensures secure mains connectivity.

The internal VRLA lead-acid battery (replaceable with APCRBC159) has a 3–5 year lifespan, recharges within 3 hours and can be replaced by the user. The UPS offers a 144 W charger power and provides over 7 minutes of runtime at full load, ensuring critical processes can be completed during power loss.

With its 2U rackmount design, compact size and 26.1 kg weight, this UPS is optimized for server rooms and IT environments. It operates at a low 46 dBA noise level, making it suitable for office deployment as well.
