With the UniFi Security Gateway XG you can build a high performance network. The Gateway XG combines powerful security features with advanced routing technology and has 8 10 Gigabit SFP + ports. The device can handle 20,000 clients and is therefore suitable for large-scale applications.
Powerful gateway for large-scale applications
The UniFi Security Gateway XG is a powerful gateway router with 8 10 Gigabit SFP + ports. The built-in 16-core 1.8 GHz processor is the driving force behind the device that can handle as many as 20,000 simultaneous users. The Security Gateway XG also supports a maximum of 10,000 access points, making it a perfect gateway router for enterpise environments, stadiums, hotels and other large-scale applications.
Firewall, VPN and VLAN
The advanced DPI and SPI firewall of the UniFi Security Gateway XG keeps your network and data optimally protected. If you want to access the Security Gateway remotely, the site-to-site VPN tunnel automatically ensures a secure and encrypted connection. In addition, you can divide the network into separate virtual networks (VLANs) to, for example, separate different departments or users.
Built-in LCD touchscreen
The UniFi Security Gateway XG has a built-in LCD touchscreen that makes it even easier to monitor the network. The touchscreen shows two different screens. The first screen shows details per port, such as IP addresses, transfer rates and the number of clients. The second screen shows general statistics, such as an overview of the total transfer speeds and system details.
UniFi Controller
You can manage and configure the UniFi Security Gateway XG extensively via the UniFi Controller. Here you not only change the settings of the gateway itself, but you can also monitor and analyze the network. The status of the network and all connected devices (such as access points, switches and gateways) is made clear on the basis of a dashboard, overview maps and graphs. UniFi Controller also offers the possibility to manage multiple locations. The UniFi Controller is available via your web browser or via the UniFi Mobile app.
