The TL-R1200S-RP The JBOD rackmount storage enclosure allows you to backup and extend your QNAP NAS, Windows and Ubuntu® computers and servers. The TL-R1200S-RP features twelve 3.5-inch SATA 6 Gb/s drive bays. TL-R1200S-RP comes with a QXP PCIe card to connect the enclosure with an SFF-8088 (or SFF-8644) cable. This ensures reliable read and write performance for fluid storage and backup tasks.
- The large capacity TL SATA JBOD can expand not only NAS storage but also Windows and Ubuntu computers and servers.
- The SFF-8088 (or SFF-8644) connection cable supports four SATA 6 Gb/s channels per cable (24 Gb /s in total) and provides faster data transfer times than eSATA and USB.
- 250 W redundant power supply for maximum system uptime.
High performance TL SATA JBOD
The TL SATA JBOD supports multi-lane SATA 6 Gb/s transfers, and each SATA lane is directly connected to a single SATA drive to help improve performance. With the 1-1 high-speed channel, the TL SATA JBOD delivers excellent transfer performance.
Flexible storage configuration and management
The TL-R1200S-RP offers software-controlled storage configuration for greater management flexibility. You can configure RAID and monitor the JBOD enclosure and disk health with Storage & Snapshots when connected to a QTS or QTS hero NAS, or with the QNAP JBOD Manager utility when connected to a computer.
