JBOD Docking- and Clone Station with USB 3.0
A cabinet full with HDDs to work with is a good reason to use this double docking station. It is for 2.5" as well as for 3.5" SATA HDDs. The plastic casing provides firm standing and is good looking. The 2.5" HDDs might have a height of 9.5 or 12.5 mm, even 15 mm. Due to its power supply, the dock also runs HDDs, which need to be provided with 12 V. USB 3.0 and UASP Support accelerate the transfer of huge data, e.g. of movies, enormously.
The IB-123CL-U3 offers space for two 3.5 "and 2.5" hard drives or SSDs. So can you write or read them at the same time which can save a significant amount of time. The hard disk capacity is unlimited.
Standalone cloning of bootable disks
Basically, this statement only means that this function is maintained when the docking station is separated from the PC. The disks are then cloned without PC connection. The power cord should still remain connected though.
Seven colored LEDs inform the user about the status of the cloning operation, and the hard drives at any time. If nothing is being cloned, the USB 3.0 Standard can reach transfer rates of up to 5 Gbit/s. The hard drives are detected and displayed independently.
