The high-capacity TS-855X has six 3.5-inch SATA drive bays (for HDDs), two 2.5-inch SATA drive bays (for SSDs), and an 8-core processor that supports Intel QuickAssist Technology (QAT), which greatly helps companies to implement a data storage and virtualization environment. The built-in 10GbE/2.5GbE high-speed connectivity helps realize high-speed data access, backup/restore, file server and virtualization applications. With the QTS operating system as default, the TS-855X can be switched to use the ZFS-based QuTS hero operating system based on your requirements. The TS-855X will be available and supported by QNAP for an extended period of time (until 2027), ideal for businesses that need matching NAS models deployed in long-term projects.
