The Eaton 5P Gen2 1550VA Rack UPS delivers powerful protection in a sleek 1U rack size – ideal for servers, storage, and network equipment. Featuring line-interactive topology and AVR (booster + fader), it automatically corrects AC power within 160–294V, so batteries are only needed during true power outages. In emergency situations, it immediately switches to a pure 230V sine wave – critical for sensitive PFC equipment.
This UPS features six measurable IEC C13 outputs, divided into two load segment groups, allowing you to set sustainable runtime per group. Thanks to hot-swappable VRLA batteries, ABM+ battery technology and predictive maintenance via machine learning, you can enjoy up to 50% extended life and easy battery management via the intuitive graphic LCD display.
For connectivity and monitoring, there are USB (HID) and RS‑232 communication ports, a mini terminal block for remote ON/OFF + RPO, and a SmartSlot for expansion with network/relay module. Integration with Eaton Brightlayer software enables cloud or network management.
With dimensions of 438×555×43mm, a weight of 18.7kg, whisper-quiet operation (<35dB), and an efficiency of up to 98.2%, this UPS fits nicely into server cabinets without burdening the climate and budget.
