The TP-Link Omada EAP603-Outdoor is an omnidirectional Wi-Fi 6 access point designed to provide wide, consistent coverage around the device, making it a strong fit for yards, terraces, parks, farms and business outdoor areas.
It delivers Wi-Fi 6 performance for smooth everyday use with a practical balance of speed and coverage. With MU-MIMO and OFDMA, it is built to serve multiple devices efficiently at the same time, which is especially useful in locations with many users or connected systems.
Coverage is designed for larger outdoor zones. TP-Link indicates up to 200 m coverage on 2.4 GHz and up to 300 m on 5 GHz, depending on the environment and conditions.
Powering and installation are flexible. The EAP603-Outdoor supports PoE+ (802.3at) and also Passive PoE using the included adapter. It can be mounted on a wall or pole, so you can position it where coverage is most effective.
For outdoor deployment, it is built to handle harsh conditions with an IP65 weatherproof enclosure and 6 kV lightning protection. It also features a wide operating temperature range for reliable long-term use outdoors.
As part of Omada, it integrates into Omada SDN for one-click setup and centralized management, and it supports mesh and seamless roaming for consistent Wi-Fi across larger sites.
