The Eaton5SC 3000VA UPS is a robust and versatile R/T UPS that safely protects your servers, network equipment and workstations against power failures. Thanks to the line-interactive topology with buck/boost control, it automatically corrects voltage peaks (184–276V), thus saving battery power. In the event of a power failure, it delivers a pure 230V sine wave output, essential for sensitive equipment such as PFC servers.
This model can be used as a rack UPS (2U) or tower – including rails and pedestal – for flexible mounting. On the front is an LCD panel with clear status information on voltage, load, battery and runtime. There is also a USB port (HID), serial RS‑232 port, mini terminal block for remote ON/OFF + RPO, plus floating contacts and a slot for optional communication modules (SNMP/relay).
Connections have been considered: 1 × IECC20 input, furthermore 8 × IECC13 and 1 × IECC19 for connected equipment. Inside, you’ll find six front-replaceable 12V/9Ah VRLA batteries that are ready for immediate maintenance – supported by Eaton’s ABM technology, deep discharge protection and automatic battery self-test.
Weighing in at approx. 35kg, short depth (647mm), efficient performance (2700W at 0.9 PF) and a noise level <45dB, it fits into almost any IT environment – be it a server rack or office space.
