The Exascend Essential-X 8GB DDR4 SO-DIMM is an unbuffered memory module (Small Outline Dual In-Line Memory Module) that you use as main memory in laptops, mobile PCs and micro-servers, among others. With 8GB you have enough memory for everyday office work and browsing.
The module runs at 3200MT/s (1600MHz clock) at the JEDEC standard voltage of 1.2V. It is built from DDR4 SDRAM chips in FBGA packages on a 260-pin printed circuit board and has a 4Kbit serial EEPROM for SPD. The module also supports on-die termination (ODT), a bi-directional differential data strobe, 8-bit prefetch and asynchronous reset. The module is RoHS compliant.
